Volume tiers
Tiers apply automatically and are calculated on the whole month, not marginally. Cross into a tier on the 28th and the lower rate is applied retroactively to the full period.

Questions we get asked before signing
Do you charge more for traffic in South America or Asia?
No. A terabyte delivered in São Paulo costs the same as a terabyte delivered in Frankfurt. Regional multipliers are how the incumbents make a €200 quote turn into a €900 invoice, and we would rather not explain that conversation to you every month.
What counts as egress?
Bytes leaving an edge toward a visitor. Origin pulls, cache fill between our own sites, and purge traffic are on us.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Only on the Scale plan, where the committed volume is what buys the lower rate. Growth is month to month and cancels from the dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Nothing breaks. Traffic keeps flowing and the overage is billed at the tier rate you have reached. We will not throttle a production site to prompt an upgrade conversation.
Do you support custom certificates?
Yes, on all plans. Upload a certificate and key, or let us issue and rotate one for you. There is no per-certificate fee.
